IMPORTANT! PAYPAL NO LONGER ALLOWS THE USE OF EXTENDED ASCII CHARACTERS. THEY WILL REJECT YOUR ORDER IF YOU USE THEM. EXTENDED CHARACTERS CAN BE SEEN HERE

If you forget, the order you paid for will NOT be delivered to you. Thank you for your order.

Refunds
Refunds can only be given prior to delivery of avatarwares. All refunds of avatarwares are subject to a $2.50 charge per order to cover the PayPal processing fees.

Credit Card Fraud
Please note that the fraudulent use of credit cards to pay for your order via PayPal will result in the termination of your VZones account even if your VZones account is paid with a different credit card which you have the legal right to use. dot8, inc. will cooperate with PayPal in cases of credit card fraud or suspected credit card fraud.

IMPORTANT: Avatarwares cards cannot be used as “discounts” on Cart purchases and you cannot exceed the face value of the card when placing your order as we cannot charge “overages” for fixed price items. Please read the instructions below for how gift cards work before ordering.   Gold Gift Card Gold Gift Cards have a $90 order value for only $75! Gold Gift Card $75.00       Silver Gift Card Silver Gift Cards have a $60 order value for only $50! Silver Gift Card $50.00     Bronze Gift Card Bronze Gift Cards have a $30 order value for only $25! Bronze Gift Card $25.00               How Gift Cards Work:   Each card will have a 90 expiration date.   The card must be used within 90 days of purchase on a single order.   The card(s) must be presented and turned in at the time of the order pick up.   You may use multiple gift cards for a single order.   No remaining balances will be permitted.(If your gift cards total $120 in value and your order total is $118, you relinquish the $2 balance at the time of pick up)   To Redeem A Gift Card:   Select the items you wish to purchase. It is recommended that you add them to the shopping cart as usual for an automatic total.
