AvatarWares Estates in

This exciting new service is part of our new Premium Account level that offers our most active members ways to increase their involvement and enjoyment.

As a Premium Account holder, you get a public locale where you can receive visits from any avatar, even when you are not inworld. You can choose from 9 different models in five locations. Use your Estate as a store, a game room, a lounge or whatever you wish.

You can furnish your Estate with your own furniture, and a staff member will glue them in place, anywhere you wish. You can color the Estate, change the overall look, and more.

You can purchase a wide range of Service Permits: Paint, Glue, Curb, Package, Moving and Door. You use these Service Permits to make changes to your Estate.

Streets and Theme Areas
You can place your Estate in any of the appropriate areas below:
The Mall
Exclusively for shops and sellers.
The Arcade
Locales where games will be hosted and/or locales that have doors to game turfs.
The Estates
More "residential" but not exclusively residential. Shops, games, memorial turfs, turfs that open for viewing collections or decoration as well as "residential" locales can be in this area.
Theme Areas
For members who prefer to have their Estate "off the beaten path" and away from the main streets. There are no separate streets in these areas for shops and games.

IMPORTANT!!
When you checkout BE SURE to include the following information in the space entitled "Special Instructions":
1. Your full name
2. The Zone you are a member of
3. Your Avatar's name using non-ASCII characters
IMPORTANT! PAYPAL NO LONGER ALLOWS THE USE OF EXTENDED ASCII CHARACTERS. THEY WILL REJECT YOUR ORDER IF YOU USE THEM.
4. Your account name
5. Your email address
If you forget, the order you paid for will NOT be delivered to you. Thank you for your order.

Refunds
Refunds can only be given prior to delivery of avatarwares. All refunds of avatarwares are subject to a $2.50 charge per order to cover the PayPal processing fees.

Credit Card Fraud
Please note that the fraudulent use of credit cards to pay for your order via Paypal will result in the termination of your VZones account even if your VZones account is paid with a different credit card which you have the legal right to use. Stratagem Corporation will cooperate with PayPal in cases of credit card fraud or suspected credit card fraud.

Permits

Please Note!

Only the Turf Glue Permit to restore invisible items in a turf and the 3 Package Permits do not require the buyer to be an Estate owner!

Paint Permit
The Paint Permit is a "one session" permit. Give it to the appropriate staff member and they will paint the requested items in the Estate! Be sure to have your paint codes ready! Click here for the bitmaps.
* Your personal items will NOT be painted, only the original scenery in the Estate as well as any package items that you have purchased for the Estate will be painted.
* "One Session" means that the permit is only good for the one paint session and the permit will be collected by the staff member.
* The date and Estate name must remain easily visible on the curb.
* In most cases, "flat" codes will not be allowed.

Glue Permit
The Glue Permit is also a "One Session" Permit. It will indicate how many items you can have glued during that session, depending on which Permit you purchased. The permit will be collected by the staff member. Staff reserves the right to not glue items (like letters or items being put together to form other images) that would be considered "questionable" or against the Terms of Service.

Curb Permit
The Curb Permit will allow one of the curb signs to be added to your curb. Please use them only when applicable (in other words, don't indicate it is a game turf if you don't plan to host games). When the sign is added, please have a paint code ready and the staff member will customize the colors of the sign for you. This is a one time customization. After the initial set-up, you will require a Paint Permit for any additional changes. The five available Curb Permits can be seen in the AW Estates Store.

Package Permit
The Package Permit contains items that can be glued and painted by a staff member, in a one time session. After the initial set up, these items can be repainted with the use of a Paint Permit.
* The Package items are for the Estate locales & Turfs! If you no longer want the package items, they will be made "invisible". Should you change your mind and want them visible again, it will require a Glue Permit for the appropriate number of items (each invisible item will be treated as 1 glued item).
Two Invisible Seats Package Permit: $5.00

Ground snow, ground leaves OR ground flowers Package Permit: $7.50

Falling snow, falling leaves OR falling rain Package Permit: $10.00




Moving Permit
The Moving Permit will allow you to move from one Estates area to another. It is a one time move permit that will be collected by the staff member that is moving your Estate.
*Staff will not move an Estate to an inappropriate area.

Door Permit
The Door Permit will allow you to change the turf the door in your Estate links to. Doors will be unlinked upon request (without a permit) but to link to another turf will require a new Door Permit. The permit will be collected by the staff member that is linking the door.
* You MUST be on the lease of a turf for it to be linked to your Estate door. We suggest that shared turfs are not linked to your estate door. Should a turf dispute arise, staff reserves the right to unlink the turf door (please understand that staff cannot take sides in a turf dispute and this will only be done should one of the owners on the turf lease request it).
